Staff Attorney - Patent Litigation Duties: Represents both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings. Clients range from startups to established stalwarts in the technology and life sciences industries. Will have depth of technical and scientific expertise, combined with the understanding of clients business needs and related industries, allow us to adopt innovative strategies to obtain successful outcomes for clients. Will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts. Candidate must have an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree (or an equivalent degree), or equivalent work experience. Must be admitted to active practice and in good standing in California. 3+ years of patent litigation experience for a Staff Attorney role for office. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must.
