Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English) Duties: Consult and work directly with clients on all aspects of our clients' immigration matters. Represent clients in Immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Work on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including but not limited to: EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, H-1B, L-1A, Extensions, and RFEs. Review and process incoming documents.
Requirements: Admission to the highest court of any U.S. State or Territory. 1-2 years of Immigration case management experience. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred. Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required. Experience with executing high-volume family and business immigration cases preferred.
