Associate Attorney-Business Litigation The candidate will work in a firm which focuses on defending and advocating for businesses, entrepreneurs and investors in business disputes through litigation and internal investigations. Will work on litigation and investigation matters. Assignments will include legal research, memo and brief writing, assisting with drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motions and writing legal articles as well as preparing for hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trials. Must have a strong academic record. Should be CA Bar licensed. 2-3 years litigation experience in law firms preferred.
