Personal Injury Attorney The candidate involves all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, and liability and expert depositions. Conduct court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trials and will be responsible for a case load of 50+ files. Must have 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Experience. Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills are required. Strong Negotiation and Communication skills are essential. Bilingual is a plus. Must have CA License (License in multiple jurisdictions is plus).
