Seeking an Civil Litigation Paralegal with 4-5 years litigation experience. Candidate will handle a variety of civil litigation, ranging from personal injury to probate but specializes in surety bond defense. Responsibilities will include the drafting of pleadings, judicial council forms, discovery, and correspondence. Must have excellent communication skills and be personable. The ideal candidate should be organized, have attention to detail, and be able to work independently. A thorough knowledge of California and Federal Court filings, discovery, calendaring and the litigation process is required. Transcription experience preferable. Must have a proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
