Paralegal The candidate will assist in the areas of commercial lending, commercial real estate lending (both in the areas of construction lending and permanent mortgage lending), as well as general real estate transactions. Should be able to work independently and have substantial national experience in title insurance matters, survey review, entity organizational documents review, and UCC filings and searches. Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Should have 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience. Experience with title insurance, survey reviews and UCC filings and searches is preferred. Must have proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite.
