Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with preparation for court appearances. Should have 2+ years of experience in family law firm. Must have Paralegal certificate. Should have strong computer/typing skills. Must be proficient in MS Office, Legal Solutions, TimeSlips, Dissomaster etc. Should have knowledge of San Diego local rules, California Rules of Court, Code of Civil Procedure, court forms and filing procedures.
