Litigation Attorney The candidate must have bankruptcy and collections experience. Employment background and trial experience are preferred. Should have 3+ years of strong civil litigation experience. Should also have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish a plus. Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
