Associate Attorney The candidate will help contribute to the organization's next century of professional success. Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Delaware with 1+ years of previous insurance defense litigation experience in Personal Injury and/or Products Liability. Must have the ability to draft reports, dispositive motions, and briefs; take and defend depositions; conduct legal research; handle all aspects of a caseload independently in state and federal courts in a proactive manner.
