Bilingual Estate/ Probate Attorney Responsibilities : The candidate will be responsible for the Estate and trust administration, guardianship/conservatorship cases and probate litigation. Drafting pre-death estate planning documents, addressing all issues arising in post-death estate and trust administration, collecting and gathering information concerning the administration of estates and trusts, transferring property and preparing probate and trust accountings. Drafting of simple and complex wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, preparation of various probate pleadings, and assistance with administration of estates. Preparing and filing court pleadings and reviewing court accountings. Requirements : The candidate Paralegals must have Associate in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate. Must have Juris Doctor degree in law and licensed in Texas. Have at least 2 years of Estate & Probate Law Paralegal experience. Speak Spanish. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Must have a high level of efficiency and accuracy in completing their daily objectives. Should be computer literate with modern software applications.
