Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for legal secretarial and administrative tasks including, document creation, editing and preparation, filing, time entry, expense reimbursement processing, client bills, telephone calls, travel arrangements, calendar maintenance and mailing distributions. Handle confidential information as necessary. Maintain attorneys contacts lists in Outlook and InterAction. Client contact in person and over the phone. These duties may be ongoing or ad hoc in nature. Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. Should have 5+ years of legal secretarial experience in a mid- to large-size law firm. College degree is a plus. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word and Outlook; must exhibit strong typing skills and ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programs. Knowledge of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint required.
