Paralegal - Real Estate and Commercial Litigation The candidate will work directly with clients, and on a number of projects at the same time, with different lawyers, and an ability to recall details unique to each project. Includes portfolio lending, acquisitions, leases, and mortgage loans. Advanced computer skills using MS office suite and other software applications. Experience reviewing title, surveys, organization documents and other due diligence materials, creating and monitoring closing checklists, drafting loan documents, preparing closing binders, conducting real estate closings.
