Mid - Senior Level Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work closely with the code enforcement attorneys in managing all code enforcement cases by monitoring the citations on the court websites, liaise with the court, update spreadsheets, and draft letters to clients regarding status. Will also require the paralegal to draft gun confiscation petitions and all related pleadings, monitor progress of the petitions, and subpoena medical records as needed. Will also assist the attorneys to prepare for pretrial hearings.
