Associate Attorney The candidate will be communicating with clients via telephone, email and face to face. Will be serving in attorney client consultations. Researching and drafting pleadings. Communicating with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Assisting Attorney or Senior Attorney on complex, non-default matters. Should have High academic credentials from a respected law school. Must be licensed to practice in Alabama. Must have experience in Family Law, Divorce, Child Support, Custody, etc. Civil and Criminal Law experience is a plus.
