Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney - Technology Transactions The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience. M&A experience, including conducting IP and commercial due diligence, and drafting and negotiating IP reps and warranties required. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school needed.
