Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for working in a broad range of both family and business immigration cases with a concentration in business immigration. Knowledge of business immigration cases will include H-1B, PERM, EB-1(1), (2), NIW, TN, E-1, E-2. Will embrace handling a high volume case load, and will need to be committed to prompt client communication, timely and accurate document production. Must have 2+ years of experience. Bilingual Spanish and English is essential. Should have verifiable knowledge of H-1B, PERM, EB-1(1), (2), NIW, TN, E-1, E-2.
