Must be licensed to practice law in CA, with minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, especially in wage and hour law. Excellent writing skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Good interpersonal skills with other team members and clients, but fight fiercely against corporate America for your client and achieve justice. Professional attitude that he/she is willing to take on whatever tasks the firm needs and get it done.
