Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will contact with clients, governmental agencies and Courts via phone, email and personal interaction, file preparation, case management and file review. Assist attorneys in handling cases from the inception to the resolution of the matter. Draft discovery demands and responses and various correspondence to clients and adversaries. Assist attorneys in trial preparation. Assist in file organization and review. Assist attorneys in collecting information such as employment, medical history, and other records. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients. Should have 2 years of legal experience in personal injury/negligence cases and civil litigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills are needed. Must have proficient typing skills. Proficiency/fluency in Spanish is a plus.
