Temporary Attorney Recruiting Assistant The candidate work for 4 - 6 months who will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to the Attorney Recruiting department, including but not limited to: planning and implementation of the summer associate program law school student interview programs and the patent agent/engineer program; interview scheduling; new hire processing; and updating and maintaining our recruiting database. The position involves regular contact (verbal and written) with attorneys and personnel throughout the Firm. The candidate should have bachelor's degree, and 1-2 years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment. The successful candidate possesses exceptional organization skills, is a self-starter, professional, responsible and detail oriented. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong client service orientation, the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment, proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to enter and manipulate information in a database, preferably LawCruit/Workday.
