Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have knowledge and at least 2-years experience in family immigration (consular process, adjustment of status, petitions, VAWA, etc.). Work closely with attorney and clients in preparing and managing cases for consular process, permanent residence ("green cards") and citizenship, and potentially other immigration areas. Must be fluent in Spanish/English. Should possess strong computer skills and accurate data entry, Great writing skills, be detailed and have great communication with clients. Also be required to meet deadlines with USCIS and NVC.
