Civil Litigation/Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 10 years experience in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Transactional, Probate, Real Estate and Corporate experience. Must have ability to draft pleadings, orders, and discovery, prepare exhibits and witness preparation. Should have knowledge of e-filing using Westlaw Form Builder Software, Microsoft Office, Timeslips, and Lexis Advance. Must be able to keep track of deadlines and manage attorneys calendar. Experience in Trial/Mediation/Deposition preparation is required. Should have Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Civil Practice and Remedy Code, and Texas Family Code.
