Immigration Junior Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for supporting Attorneys and Senior Paralegals in business immigration matters. Review and assess immigration related documents. Research recruitment options, business/industry trends, and immigration and Dept. of Labor codes and regulations. Draft USCIS and DOL forms, support letters, and related business immigration documents. Work with clients and paralegals to create and maintain various system accounts. Update client information in case management system and prepare Case Management Reports. Assemble and review exhibits and petitions in preparation for filing. Must have BS or BA degree. Should have immigration experience preferred but willing to train. Strong proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word is required. Experience with Law Logix is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills are must.
