Senior Life Sciences Patent Prosecution Attorney Duties: Provide the full range of intellectual property legal services from protection, to licensing, to litigation. In addition to prosecuting and maintaining patent and trademark portfolios for businesses throughout the U.S. and international markets, Intellectual Property attorneys handle high-profile patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases in the state and Federal courts. Qualifications: The candidate will have an advanced technical degree, at least $500K in portable business, experience in patent counseling, strategy, and licensing, as well as demonstrated abilities to develop business, maintain client relationships and manage and mentor junior attorneys. 10+ years of experience and a life sciences background to join a highly regarded and long-established firm that values entrepreneurship, collegiality and flexible rate/fee arrangements.
