Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will possess E-filing pleadings, Motions, Discovery, and notices. Coordinating, scheduling, and noticing hearings. Assisting with answering Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other tasks. Heavy e-filing and communications with opposing counsel. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent degree with 1 year of MS Office experience; experience with preparing attorneys for trial, including trial binders and other trial-related materials; proper spelling, grammar, and sentence formation is essential on all work products with extreme attention to detail. Personal Injury litigation experience is required. Should be a reliable and punctual paralegal who will show up for work motivated and ready to work; seeking a stable career with growth potential, with a small but growing law firm; familiar with all aspects of litigation pertaining to a Personal Injury lawsuit.
