Junior Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be part of a hard-working and supportive team, providing assistance to senior immigration paralegals and attorneys, including: Collecting and assembling support documents for petitions; Entering and updating information in our database and case management systems; Communicating with clients; and Drafting forms and letters. Must be trained in the law as well as our processes and procedures with an eye towards upward growth within our firm commensurate with learning curve. Support teams on both non-immigrant and immigrant matters (including H1-B, TN, L1, O, PERM, I-140, I-130, AOS, and Waivers). Will be responsible for handling support on approximately 40 cases at any time. Should preferably have 1-2 years of business immigration experience. A bachelor's degree is required.
