Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will prepare documents for filing. File documents with the court. Review case files to determine what actions need to be taken. Answer questions from other team members or clients as to the status of cases. Review incoming mail to determine what actions need to be taken as a result. Answer phone calls to help people resolve their cases in our office. Office Administration experience required. Microsoft Office required. High School diploma or equivalent required. Very strong organizational skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Advanced computer application skills primarily with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required. Paralegal Certification preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
