Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in employment law and general commercial litigation. Must have experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation. Must have significant client interaction; court appearances; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and trial attendance with the litigation Partner. Bar admission in one local jurisdiction of Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia is required. Waive licensed into the jurisdiction is required. Must have experience in plaintiff employment law and general commercial litigation.
