Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of Construction Defect Litigation experience. Must be able to handle case matters with minimal supervision. Should be able to work with urgency, have strong research and writing skills, have experience taking and defending depositions, be comfortable appearing in court, and most importantly be able to professionally interact with clients and opposing counsel on a regular basis. Must be licensed in California.
