Personal Injury Paralegal Duties: Draft pleadings and basic motions; Prepare 3122 and 4532 trial exchanges as well as subpoenas; Do E-filing; Communicate with clients; Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including investigation, requesting medical records, case management, document organization, review and analysis of documents, legal research and preparation for depositions, court appearances and trials. Qualifications: 2+ years experience at personal injury firm; Experience preparing and responding to discovery demands, pleadings, bills of particulars and motions; Knowledge of Trial Works software preferred; Experience in handling Workers Compensation cases is a plus. A bilingual (Polish and English) paralegal with experience in personal injury litigation. Must be energetic, dynamic, detailed, organized and possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Trial Works.
