Immigration Attorney The candidate's will represent clients in all aspects of immigration law. Duties: Maintain a high-level of communication with all clients. Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants in case preparation work. Ability to set priorities and exercise good judgment. Train Immigration Assistants and Paralegals at regular intervals. Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency. Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines. Participate in other office projects as assigned. Correspond with the client and the individual employee during the intake process. Should have J.D. degree and must have passed a state bar examination. 1- 3 years of experience in business immigration law is required. Must have excellent English writing and oral communication skills. Excellent organization skills required. Doctorate (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Bar License (Required).Fluency in Secondary language skills are a plus. Should be Licensed Attorney.
