Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle existing accounts for wide range of litigation matters including contract disputes, commercial finance litigation, homeowner and landlord collection and eviction actions and probate matters. Must have 2+ years of general litigation experience. Should be able to exhibit proof of excellent legal writing / drafting skills and must express confidence in and out of court. Solid base of experience in real estate matters is needed.
