Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist with the needs of lead attorney during all phases of litigation. Will assist with all phases of pre-litigation and litigation. Manage litigation deadlines and respond to subpoenas. Manage litigation holds and e-discovery. Manage E-Filings in State and Federal Courts Organize case files electronically and maintain detailed case logs. Prior experience and Bilingual Spanish and English are required. Must be proficient in personal injury law, including drafting pleadings. Should be proficient in preparing discovery responses. Must be proficient in E-filing court documents. College degree or comparable paralegal experience is required. Paralegal certificate from ABA accredited paralegal program is preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience providing paralegal litigation support to attorneys. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
