Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting Pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence. Preparing litigation status reports. Maintain contact with client(s). Subpoenaing medical records. Reviewing and analyzing sensitive data and client documents. Managing case deadlines. Coordinating depositions and mediations.. Trial preparation. Should have general familiarity with the deadlines contained in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Must have 2-4 years of experience working in a law office personal injury experience preferred but not necessary and maintain a high level of attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to work independently, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Good communication and a positive attitude are essential. Bilingual is helpful.
