Paralegal - Personal Injury Candidate will be responsible for preparing pleadings (such as Bill of Particulars, Summons and Complaints, Responses to demands, Trial preparation), e-filing, file organization, etc. Paralegal Certification is a plus. Notary Public is preferred. Experience in personal injury litigation is necessary. Must have a working knowledge of NY No-fault and SUM arbitration. Extensive interaction with clients. Must be well organized, able to multi-task, keep files organized and have a working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft word, scanning, etc.
