Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate must have 2 years of commercial litigation experience at a nationally recognized law firm or the federal government. Should preferably have experience in real estate litigation and/or construction litigation and have completed a one- or two-year clerkship with a state or federal court. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and superior organizational skills. Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar and qualified to waive into the DC Bar.
