Will assist on consist of legal research, creating and preparing pleadings. Experience using Lexis, proficient in WordPerfect and MS Office, ability to work on projects alone and with deadlines mandatory. Must have 5+ years experience reviewing and drafting contracts. Note: This is a temporary position.
