Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience in all aspects of transactional residential and commercial closings. Must have a very strong work ethic, be personable, reliable, dependable, highly ethical, and very client service oriented. Salary is commensurate with experience and health insurance is provided. Responsibilities include: Handling all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings for buyers, sellers, builders, developers and lenders. Working very closely with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, loan officers, and title companies; Effectively monitor and address all incoming communications on multiple files concurrently; Continuously track time deadlines and critical dates while proactively anticipating and identifying and recognizing developments which may impact timeliness of closings. Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing is required. Must have 3 years of transactional experience in all aspects purchase, refinance, co-op and CEMA transactions. Should have familiarity with residential and commercial closing documentation including contracts, mortgages, TRID and RESPA compliance, requirements, and procedures, title insurance reports and policies, risk mitigation, and all other law firm procedures and protocols.
