Residential Real Estate Attorney The candidate will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings, title work, and various other legal matters for the clients of firm. Should have 2-4 years of experience in practice. Ideal candidates have significant experience handling Residential Real Estate closings, are detail-oriented, process-driven, organized, motivated to grow, eager to learn, and possess superior interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency; Representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate closings; Interacting with clients as counselor and advisor; Reviewing title searches; Preparing and certifying title insurance policies; Performing other related duties as assigned. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina (dual North Carolina license preferred). Hold current appointment as a North Carolina Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work.
