Litigation Associate Attorney (Construction and Transportation/Railroad Lit) The candidate Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Will have overall case management experience, including drafting motions, written discovery, depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Experience in construction defect and construction litigation, transportation and railroad litigation, general tort liability or commercial litigation is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and capable presentation skills. Should have the ability to maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.
