Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work as a commercial litigation paralegal. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: drafting pleadings and responses to discovery requests, summarizing depositions, order and summarize medical records, and monitoring client files. College degree and/or ABA approved paralegal certificate. 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. Must have 4+ years of recent law firm experience. Trial experience is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel and Adobe. Experience with both State and Federal Courts, including e-filing procedures. Professionally interact with clients, attorneys and other staff. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, written, organizational, proofreading, editing, time management, and computer skills.
