Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be providing exceptional support to the Firm's attorneys involving direct attorney support. Organizing files, preparing case files for hearings and trials. Tracking statutes and deadlines. Maintaining the litigation calendar. Scheduling depositions and mediations. Filing pleadings. Drafting letters and simple court documents. Conducting research about laws and judicial decisions. Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings. Drafting interrogatories. Communicating with clients with updates and gathering information. Preparing and gathering discovery. Drafting complaints. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
