Technology Transactions Attorney The candidate will structure, review and draft commercial agreements of varying complexity. Will provide legal review support and work collaboratively with other White & Case attorneys on existing and new contracts. Review contracts for consistency, exceptions and conformance with any agreed to changes. Experience with technology, service and/or procurement agreements is a plus, as is working knowledge of intellectual property law. JD degree from accredited law school is needed. Should have 3+ years experience working on corporate matters at a medium to large size law firm or in-house, law department preferred. Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
