Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Qualifications: The candidate should have previous experience as a paralegal. Must have familiarity with legal research. Should have ability to prioritize and multitask. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have medical malpractice experience. Should be proficient in all litigation areas including, but not limited to, insurance defense, medical malpractice, and workers compensation defense. Must have excellent technology, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
