Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will have experience drafting coverage analyses, investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, and attending depositions and court hearings in both state and federal court. Excellent researching, writing and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates must be prepared to assume primary responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal. Should have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience and 3 years experience as attorney, with an emphasis on insurance related litigation.
