Business Associate Attorney Candidate will assist with mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and other transactional work and commercial litigation. The transactional work will include preparing contracts and related documents, assisting with legal due diligence, assisting with commercial real estate transactions and providing general business counseling. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Excellent academic credentials, exceptional research, analytical, verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to work hard and accept guidance. Prior business law experience but should have prior business background or a demonstrated record of academic interest.
