Legal Secretary The candidate's responsibilities include: providing attorneys with litigation, transactional and administrative support - including preparation of legal documents, drafting memos and correspondence, scheduling and calendaring meetings, and assisting with the opening and closing of matters. A college degree required. Experience with Adobe and DocuSign required. Familiarity with calendaring software required. Experience with billable hour software required. 2-4 years of legal secretary experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Meticulous attention to detail required. High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required. Calendaring experience required.
