Attorney Personal Injury Duties: Monthly case reviews; Confirm vital correspondence and notices (e.g. CGIA, spoliation, WC Notices) are drafted properly and sent out; Demand review with clients; Settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests; Build client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery; Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases); Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement; Negotiate settlements. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice in Colorado. Must have extensive knowledge in the personal injury field with 3 +years of experience as an attorney in a plaintiff personal injury law office. Efficiency and accuracy are a must. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple staff members. Excellent attention to detail, a good attitude, and a team player mentality.
