Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for area like asylum, adjustment of status, deportation defense, waivers, U Visa, VAWA. The candidate must be a member of the Illinois Bar and must also have family based Immigration law experience. At least 2 years of experience required. A bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish is preferred for this position. Must have experience in a high volume legal practice and have handled large caseloads, have a significant amount of courtroom experience or must be highly skilled at drafting for Immigration. Strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills. Ability to work and excel in a busy environment. Be able to thrive in a team situation. Verifiable references required. Some experience with Criminal Law is a plus. Familiarity and a willingness to work between Cook as well as Kane/DuPage/Will/Kendall Counties.
