Bilingual Immigration Attorney The candidate will provide duties include: Assist with federal court litigation. Write briefs and memorandums at law. Case management, preparing filings and conducting legal research. Attend Immigration Court and Immigration interviews as needed. Must have 1+ year of experience in Family Immigration Law and Nationality Act. Must have intermediate level knowledge of immigration processing standards. Must have good understanding of processes and policies required for providing support to senior counsel. Federal court ligation experience is a plus. Must have excellent writing skills. Must be able to work independently and self-starter. Superior organization skills and time management are crucial. Must have ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment to accomplish a variety of task, sometimes with conflicting priorities and timelines. Being able to speak and write in Spanish is a plus.
