Legal Secretary The candidate should have High School Diploma or equivalent; college or business school preferred. Must have 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with dictation, time billing, document management systems and file preparation are preferred. A typical day for this position will be fairly consistent yet challenging! Daily tasks include dictation, scanning attorney mail, filing preparation as well as other assigned duties.
